Victoria University will this week host Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) spokesperson Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye for a honorary lecturer to about regional security.
The theme for the lecture which is scheduled for 4th April 2023, is; ”Peace Building In The Great Lakes Region.”
According to University management, the lecture will be held in the University auditorium from 2-5pm.
The VUKampala Auditorium will be hosting an Honorary Lecture on Peace-building in the Great Lakes Region, presented by UPDFspokespersn Brig. Kulaigye Felix on April 4, 2023.
