Rt Hon Anita Among fundraises for Kiruhura Schools to get Science Laboratories
Speaker of Parliament Anita Among has thanked the Anglican church for focusing on education.
” We thank the church for coming back home ,” Among said at function organized in Nyabushozi aimed at promoting science education and standards.
The speaker contributed Shs 36 million to this effort aimed at ensuring the schools in Nyabushozi get standard laboratories and equipment .
” We want to assure your , my Lord Archbishop if you don’t get the money that you want we shall come back and raise more . We want to make sure that this parliament is people centered ,” Among said referring to Ankole North Bishop Stephen Namanya.
The function which saw dozens of MPs across the country attend was organized by Nyabushozi Wilson Kajwengye.
