NWSC Managing Director, Dr Silver Mugisha is set to address Ugandans on what has been achieved for the past 50 Years

The National Water and Sewage Cooperation is a company owned 100% by the Government of Uganda with mandate from the Constitution to offer water and Sewage services to Ugandans in an efficient and viable manner.
National Water and Sewage Cooperation has been delivering these services to Ugandans on behalf of Government for now 50 Years and a number of Cities, 250 towns have been reached with Clean water Coverage and connectivity.
At the launch of 50 years Celebrations at Kololo Airstrip a few days ago, The President of Uganda, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni appreciated the management, Staff, Board of Directors for the work being done in ensuring that all towns/citizens of Uganda have access to clean water.
It is on this brief background that a Digital /Twitter space discussion between Ugandans and the Managing Director of NWSC, Dr.Eng Silver Mugisha will be held. The discussions are being coordinated by a team of youth passionate about better service delivery in Uganda under the Youth Advocacy Foundation Uganda-YAFU unmbrella, the Twitter Space will be hosted by @CanaryMugume, a Journalist with NBS TV, and Co-hosted by @YAFU2026 the official Twitter handle of Youth Advocacy Foundation Uganda-YAFU.
The Co-guest will be the LC5 Chairman of Lwengo District, Mr Ibrahim Kitata.
All Ugandans are encouraged to be on their Twitter accounts on Tuesday 20th December 2022, From 4:00PM -6:00PM as we interrogate wether at 50 Years, NWSC is providing services effeciently and wether Uganda’s digital Transformation has enhanced on the capacity of NWSC to deliver their services to Ugandans better.
