KCCA leadership holds a meeting with front line Workers

There has been some negative feedback from City residents regarding the conduct of Kampala Capital City (KCCA’s) field forces or the enforcement officers in the way they execute their duties.
This feedback prompted KCCA’s Executive Director, M/S Dorothy Kisaka together with heads line directorates to call for a meeting to interact with the Law enforcement officers from the Five Divisions.

KCCA’s ED Dorothy Kisaka says they are setting up several mechanisms in place to enhance on monitoring and evaluation of the front line workers.

Its in the same meeting that KCCA highlighted on the flood prone spots in the City, which include Clock Tower Queen’s Way, Old Portbell-meat packers, Mukwano Kibuli-Barracks, Kanywankoko-Kitintale, Lugogo mall, Kansanga-Gaba Channel, Banda Community, Soya-Bunga, Cape Munyonyo, Ntakr-Nalukolongo Channel, Masanafu Channel among others and KCCA calls upon Kampala residents not to dump garbage in Water Channels.
Works are ongoing to reduce on flooding in these mentioned areas.
