Well, do you have a habbit? Is it bad or good? Here are some possible reasons why certain habits may trend and some advice to offer to those engaging in such behaviors:

It’s essential to remind young people about the importance of individuality and not succumbing to negative influences just to be accepted.

Encourage the youth to explore healthier coping mechanisms, such as sports, hobbies, or creative activities, which can be beneficial for their mental and emotional well-being.
